Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order only if the glasses are unused, undamaged, unopened, and in their original condition.

Due to the nature of solar eclipse glasses as a safety and hygiene item, any glasses that show signs of use or have been opened cannot be refunded. This policy is in line with the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

We cannot accept returns due to weather conditions, visibility, or personal circumstances on the day of the eclipse.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it.

Damaged Orders
We are happy to provide a replacement if your glasses arrive damaged. Your safety is our top priority.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product, and shipping label.

Where transit damage is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
